Polarity Spinal Balancing: Whether you’re new to Polarity Therapy or looking for a refresher this class will be hands-on using the flow of energy from positive to negative and back.  The intention of polarity Spinal Balancing is to sooth the three-nervous systems which are often over-stimulated due to stress and/or trauma.
